What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you set one, a password (stored only in scrambled form).
• Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Stripe collects your card and billing address; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: pages you visit, your IP address, browser type and error logs, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and give you the products your plan includes.
• To bill you, handle cancellations and answer support requests.
• To send account emails, such as sign-in links and receipts. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To keep the site secure and fix problems.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with the services that run the site:

• Supabase (accounts and database)
• Stripe (payments)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Our email provider (sign-in emails)

The AI services that write Ad Kits (Anthropic and Higgsfield) receive product details only, never your personal information. We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while you have an account. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights, and we'll honour them. We won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

WinVault is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We'll post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email you.
