Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your plan anytime from Manage plan. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

Refunds

Products and Ad Kits unlock as soon as you pay, so monthly payments are not refundable once a billing month starts, except where the law requires a refund.

Mistakes and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged for the wrong plan, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days and we'll refund the mistaken charge.
